For Sewing Classes & Workshops
Class fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule your class (subject to availability) with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed classes without prior notice are considered forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited. In cases where Divine Sewing Club cancels or postpones a class, participants will be offered an alternative date or credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [your email address] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a solution such as repair or replacement if applicable.
Non refundable policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because our items are handmade, made-to-order, or customized, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is confirmed.
✂️ For Sewing & Alteration Services
All alterations, custom sewing, and tailoring services are performed according to the details and measurements agreed upon at the time of booking. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable. If additional adjustments are required, we are happy to make reasonable corrections at no extra charge, provided they align with the original request and are communicated within 7 days of collection. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect information, or failure to collect garments.
